• Graduated from Bowling Green University in Ohio with an undergraduate degree in Education and a Master’s in English in 1974
• Taught High School and College English in Ohio for 10 years
• Moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1982 to join IBM
• Most recent work involves IT architecture for large, complex systems
