Dr. Tom Poulson is the Senior Scientist and a member of the Advisory Board of the Arthur R. Marshall Foundation and the Florida Environmental Institute. He is Chairman of the Education Committee of the Friends of the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge.
